Hypnosis
Hypnosis is a relaxed, normal and natural experience that
occurs daily. It is a state of heightened suggestibility.
Daydreaming, driving a car on “autopilot” then missing
your exit, or being deeply engrossed in something are examples of
hypnosis.
With a trained hypnotist, you can use this highly effective
tool to “re-program” your subconscious mind
which functions much like a computer. In hypnosis we distract the
conscious mind while giving the subconscious mind new instructions
for positive change.
Hypnosis is safe and effective. You are in control, and the
hypnotist cannot force you to do anything against your will. That
is why it is important that you want to be hypnotized and
you want suggestions. It’s impossible to get stuck in
hypnosis—you will either return to waking awareness or fall
asleep.
Hypnosis works! It lets you re-program deep-set beliefs,
behaviors, habits and emotions that reside in the subconscious. You
